Love Starbucks Hamilton. The staff are fantastic - all of them but in particular I have to mention Colette, Molly, Lyndsey, Anna and William who always look after me. The place is always super busy but the guys always have a smile on their face and do their best to get through the queue as quick as possible. Great place to grab a coffee and just chill out. Xo

Decided to go for a coffee and hot chocolate after the fireworks display at Strathclyde park last night to heat us up. I expected a queue as I thought everyone else would have the same idea. When we got there the queue was moving then suddenly stopped. It turned out no one was letting anyone out the retail park so we’re stuck at the back of the shop through no fault of Starbucks. The lovely staff brought everyone’s drinks out to them in the queue and informed us what was happening. Great customer service and I really enjoyed my festive fudge hot choc �

Always a great atmosphere in the shop and the staff are always so happy to help. They know their regular customers by name and can recite the order straight away which is impressive in such a busy shop when they serve so many people a day. Well done team!!
