I had a very positive experience buying a Triumph Trident with Streetbike. From the start, I could comfortably ask numerous questions over the phone, and I received all the answers I needed along with visual aids like photos and videos on WhatsApp. Wayne's welcoming and helpful attitude stood out, and the in-store experience was also positive, with assistance, warm drinks, and a smooth purchase process. Great staff, service, and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

Street bike has been in the local motorbike scene for longer than I care to remember. Their old site on mucklow hill was great as the cafe had its own area and the upstairs clothing department was nicely laid out. Now that they have had the Triumph makeover ( looks great by the way especially the wall Art ) it seems that everything else ( other bikes / second hand bikes / Clothing and accessories ) has taken a back seat somewhat. The clothing section looks crowded and not easy to social distance when shop busy. Maybe the upper floor will be opened up soon to accommodate this and have a proper cafe again. The cafe counter was empty and deserted so not sure if still open? Overall a great shop to visit and prices seem reasonable. Triumph owners will love it!
They have Everything you could ever need for biking under 1 roof and price ranges to suit all pockets, styles etc.
Prices are reasonable and on par with other bike shops in the Midlands.
There are Changing rooms on site I believe and balaclavas available if you want to try on the helmets and do Check out the sale items well worth a look.
Went to sit on a few bikes with a view to buying at a later date.
Very pleasant experience.
Free tea and coffee.
Only 4 stars as I can't say what the aftersales etc is like, but it looks like a decent place.
