We go every year and it never fails to impress. The staff are first class professionals. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming. I certainly recommend. Two minutes from the lovely Guildford shops, bars and eating places. I would recommend going just before Christmas. The atmosphere is fantastic. And you must experience a drink and a meal at the white horse in shire where they filmed The Holiday. Just try it. You'll go back again and again.

Executive rooms were beautiful, yes parking is tricky so would recommend reserving in advance which was hassle free and very close to our room...disagree about the breakfast mine was delicious and the service excellent...the location is amazing for exploring Guildford we had a great weekend and would recommend the hotel

Had a lovely afternoon tea there yesterday it was delicious and very filling , we couldn't eat it all so the waitresses were very good and boxed up some scones and cakes for us to take home , my very first afternoon tea and I must say it was a lovely experience , would recommend to anyone young or more mature
