It wasn't clear how to get into the car park, which is behind the restaurant. You have to drive past it (if it's on your left), turn left into a little lane, then left again into the large carpark. Pleasant, helpful staff. Nicely decorated, large, clean toilets. Food was nice. My partner had the cod, lobster ravioli and cavier. It lacked flavour, the sauce was nice, and added some flavour. It wasn't very hot, which for £25 was a bit disappointing. He had to order fries separately - they weren't included in the £25. Two of us had the fish pie, which was ok, but also was a bit bland. There was plenty of fish and prawns in it though. All our desserts were lovely! Gooseberry crumble with custard, (they kindly added the custard, even though it wasn't on the menu); mango Eton mess - lovely and fresh! Chocolate ice, lovely.
Great Sunday lunch.
Food quality was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent deserts too
Could not fault it at all and would highly recommend it.
My sister and I went for a 'pre-theatre' dinner on the advice of my niece.
The food was really good and the service was lovely. Our waiter was polite, professional and funny 😆 we had a lovely time. The interior was beautifully laid out with plenty of room between tables. We will definitely go again. Thank you. 😊
