Really great carvery. Lots of options of veg, including roast potatoes and beef dripping roast potatoes. There were three choices of meat. There was a long queue for the carvery and once we’d got to the front we were told we’d have to wait a further 8 minutes for Yorkshire puddings. The restaurant has a huge bar but they only take orders at one til meaning everyone is queuing in the middle of the restaurant - this could be better organised.

Nipped to Beechwood Farm with our dog. Plenty of outdoor seating on a lovely September day. Finished the visit with an icecream sundae which was more than satisfactory as always. Service was quick and very friendly smiling staff. Shout out to Demi who was present always with great service.

Had a lovely carvery today. Took my brother for his birthday meal. He has a learning disability. Kim the chef was wonderful, she couldn't do enough to help, even helped carry my brother's plate of food back to our table, while he chatted away to her. Thanks Kim for making us feel welcome. :)
