Ordered via Deliveroo and gave simple instructions to have chicken well done. Chicken was uncooked underneath and I was informed by staff member that they only cook one side. Also they missed half of my order and didn’t care about customer not having food to eat. Disgusting service and they did not even answer the phone when I called.

Had a lovely early dinner today. Food was delicious. Young Indian waitress was very kind. Complimented my outfit and bindi for Diwali. Wished her a Happy Diwali and she said no one had said that to her yet. Please ask the team to wish it to her too. Thanks Nando’s :-)
