Winner, winner, chocolate dinner. Or brunch. I love these small locally-owned shops that dedicate themselves to one thing and really do it right. I first tried their amazing hot chocolate at the Broadway Market in Shoreditch, served to me by lovely Jaz herself. The chocolate, which comes in many different flavors from caramel & chile to mint & raspberry, and seasonal flavors like Gingerbread, is super rich, deliciously-sweet, and even comes as a vegan version if you so choose. Their coconut whipped cream is the perfect topper.
Hot chocolate is not all they excel at, however. Their breakfast & brunch menu packs a serious punch with loads of different toast, smoothie bowls, waffles, & yes, even salads. A lot of their food menu is also chocolate-inspired & sneaks it into their fare in unique & interesting ways. Come on a weekend & give their amazing French toast in a coconut, almond, & banana batter with cinnamon & cocoa dust.
And don't forget their dessert menu: ice sandwiches, chocolate fondue, sorbets, and my personal favorite, their hard milkshakes made with your choice of booze & premium ice cream. If you love coffee, try their vanilla milkshake with a shot of cafe liqueur. It's the best milkshake I've had yet.
If you're not feeling chocolate, no worries. Their coffees & teas, spirits & beers, & even cocktails will ensure this will be a happy day for you.
Went with some friends for the bottomless brunch and it was amazing - great value for money with the 2 courses, all the food was delicious and the OJ with the prosecco was lovely too! Friendly service as well, had a great time - thank you! X
