Amazing gym and classes - I highly recommend! Classes are challenging but making a huge improvement to my fitness and strength. Staff are incredibly supportive and helpful. I love doing personal boxing classes with Angus. I was always scared of spin but now do 2 classes per week with Andrea who is so much fun! I also do Sandra’s body box class which is hard but I love the challenge. I also do yoga on Sundays which is the best class I have had in this country! I’m addicted! It’s never too busy and everyone that goes there is always so friendly. Love this gym!! �

Absolutely fantastic staff. Clean and great equipment! Will recommend to everyone. Danny is the best sports therapist around!

Had my first spin class yesterday with Andrea. What a lovely lady and my god what a work out, legs and stomach feeling it today (hopefully next week I can keep up better!). I was initially only looking for spin classes, but after seeing how great the gym looks and how extremely clean it is, I'd like to use more of the facilities here in future....... this coming from someone who would never have considered using a gym!
