Lovely accommodative staff unlike another pizzeria further down who wasn't interested much in joining our party 6 onto 1 table in the outdoor seating area.
The sharing garlic bread with cheese was tasty, as well as the calamaris.
We weren't a fan of the King prawn and gnocchi dish. Ceaser salad was good, the king prawn spaghetti dish was a bit dry.
Came here during the weekend. We were intending to go next door to Wagamama, however seeing that the queue to the restaurant was long, we came here instead (given also as there were quite a few tables free).
Upon stepping inside, we quickly knew why this place was a lot less busier; we were told that only 2 chefs were working that day (down from 5), so should we still decide to eat here anyway (which we did), we were advised to only order pizza as cooking times would be quicker.
So three of us each ordered a 'Pollo e Pancetta' pizza, which was served pretty quickly. It was slightly burnt at the edges, but otherwise it tasted alright, nothing spectacular.
That said, I ordered the signature Craft Still Lemonade to drink, which tasted surprisingly good, so would definitely give that a recommend.
Overall, food was okay, and given the shortage of staff when we visited, I'm giving this 4 stars for effort.
Our first visit ever to this place.
Pleasantly surprised with good quality food and friendly service. Looks like it is Italian family running this establishment. Maybe parpadalle beef dish could have bit more meat as my wife enjoyed it very much. My sea bass was really 👌. Next time we are going there for pizza.
