I visited the opticians in the store a few weeks ago to order some new glasses. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Emma.
She was very helpful and helped me select two new frames, one with reactions lenses and the other with sunglasses lenses.
When I was contacted to come and collect them two weeks later, Emma noticed a problem with the arms on the frame of my sunglasses.
She apologised and promptly ordered a replacement. Unfortunately I was due to go on holiday for three weeks. Not a problem Emma said, they will be here when you get back.
While I was on holiday, I received a text message from Emma to confirm the replacement frame is there and I can arrange to collect it when I get back home.
I would like to put a big shout out for Emma. She really went above and beyond. She is a credit to your company.
