I have just received the best customer service and help ever today whilst at Tesco Brockworth!!! I want to say a massive thankyou to the 2 ladies who work at Tesco (1 not even in uniform or working today)- who stayed with my 3 weeks old baby and shopping so I could get my car closer to the entrance and the other lady who helped me get to the car with my baby Logan in the pouring rain with a brolly getting herself absolutely drenched to make sure Logan stayed dry, and even helped me put my shopping away in my car boot!! I can not thank you both enough for helping me nice to know there are some lovely people out there!! Tesco should be proud to have you both work there!!

I live in Dubai and visit Gloucester a couple of times a year to see our disabled daughter who lives in care home near by, when I take her out I always visit your branch with her as there are plenty of disabled parking spaces, excellent toilet facilities where I can change her and the cafe is always very accommodating in regards to helping with the tray, providing extra plates and spoons and washing our plate guards and special cups so we don't have to take them back dirty.
