I joined the practice a couple of years ago after a disagreement with my last GP who refused to help me and prescribe medication or refer me to the hospital. It was honestly the best thing they could have done as i have not regretted joining the practice. I have seen some of the negative reviews but i can only go by my experience at the practice. I understand that it is now difficult to get an appointment but this is largely due to the fact that there are so many people requiring appointments that the Doctors are having to decide who really needs to be seen and who can be dealt with on the phone. Whilst this is not ideal for everyone i totally understand that the appointments are being given to the people who most need them. I have found all of the staff to be professional and friendly and whenever i have had a problem they have been happy to help me sort it out. People are saying that they are going to leave and go to another practice and if you are not happy then this is your choice but they need to understand that most GP practices are the same at this present time as they are all struggling with demand. Even with the fact i may have to have phone appointments at present i am still happy i joined the practice and would not leave to go anywhere else as i like the fact i am treated as a person here and not just another patient. So please be patient with the staff as they are doing their best in difficult times and just think how you would feel if someone was being rude or abusive to you on the phone.

I have always fround the reception staff particurarly helpful and go above and beyond to assist in whatever area they can, especially over this last while when things have not been easy for them to say the least. I personally cant thank them enough, they always give a professional and courteous service no matter how busy they are. My dealings with the Doctor's, particularly Dr. FINDLEY, has been more than exceptional, again given the pressure all the staff have had to work with. IN conclusion I am more than happy to be a patient of this Medical Practice and will continue to be so I have no complaints whatsoever.
