I would give them a 6 if I could. The arrival welcome ,service, freshness of sandwiches and atmosphere could not be praised enough. My 87 year old gran was helped in and sat down and then walked out to the car in the rain. The owner and staff take them time to meet and greet. Food is made when you arrive meaning fresh and you have a choice. Massive pots of tea. A perfect amount of food per person for afternoon tea,no waste and you can go home with a doggy bag. The Groupon deal was an absolute bargain.
I went on Saturday August 5th with my cousin for afternoon tea. It is a tiny café,but we loved it's quirkiness! We got our table straight away, and we got a lovely big pot of tea, proper China cups and saucers and a cake stand with lovely chicken (slightly spicy) sandwiches, tuna mayo sandwiches,a large scone each,1fruit,1plain and 4 cakes. Everything was lovely! I didn't have a scone though,I'm not a fan really, but my cousin had hers, the only thing missing was jam, butter was given only. The waitresses were very attentive, asking if all was ok with everything...and we got an extra pot of tea too. For a £10 voucher deal for 2,it really is good value! I would definitely return. Lovely little afternoon!

Was in on Tuesday 17th April for afternoon tea with my pal.
Loved the shop and it's tea party theme, great decor.
Afternoon tea was lovely and friendly staff too.
Will definitely be back.
