Cracking food, great selection, fast service, clear menu and the tempura batter is amazing. The hake alone is reason enough to keep coming back. Also, these three words: deep fried brie.

Loved the haddock in this chippy. It says inside that this is their speciality. Batter was light and not greasy and the fish was fantastic. It was a huge portion of chips and less than £8 so great value. I wasn't massively keen on the chips so only 4 stars. They had some other good looking items on the menu like calamari and fish cakes. Not the normal items on a Scottish menu. Its great to see.

We've only used the delivery option via the website so can't comment on the atmosphere. These guys do very good gluten free fish and chips. Also recommends the frilled lemon and herb fish. Generous portions. The home delivery always arrives quicker than we expect and the communication from hooked regarding our orders has always been excellent.
