14 of us went for a meal to celebrate a family event. Great food and service. Only downside was that we had to sit at 3 different tables as didn’t have table large enough to seat us all together.
Okay first things first, their chips are the best things to ever grace their presence on my tongue. I love the slushes and the ribs but the only problem seems to be the wait. In the end yeah it's so worth it and obviously it's a busy restaurant but the wait is killer. This is the best tgi Fridays I've ever been to. The one in town serves it cold, the food tastes undercooked and the wait is even longer there. The one in the fort however is warm, the food is always delicious and the service seem happy to just see you. I recommend the jack Daniels ribs
The food was incredible, portions were MASSIVE, but staff made it very clear I could take away any leftovers (which were packaged extremely well). The service was quick, our servers were so lovely and kept checking in to ensure everything was okay.
The only issue I had was that the main center seating area of the restaurant had like... Zero lighting. We sat down and realized it was dark enough that we struggled to read the menu, my stepmum had to turn the flash on her camera on to read hers, and a couple seated nearby us we heard ask if they could be moved elsewhere because it was so dark in the main section of the restaurant. There are small spotlights, but they're all facing slightly away from the tables, so very little light falls on them.
