I have been to Piri King within the first two weeks of opening, I would like to say both *Joanne* and *Rebecca* have bent over backwards to give my wife and I excellent service.
My wife and I, have been phoning many different places in Fort William (as we are here for a long weekend break) to find a place that does halal food, we were on the phone for at least an hour finding a place till we came across to piri King, as soon as we had arrived they told us we had to wait over an hour to get our food due to the evening rush, but we told them about our situation and Joanne made sure our food was prioritised due to our current situation, but I have to give it to Rebecca for keeping herself composed due to the high rush coming through the door and doing her best to give everyone a great experience at the store.
Only criticism I have is that when a team works together they all have to be on the ball and there shouldn't be any mistakes, taking time to make food is understandable, but giving people the wrong food consecutively is not. Give people chances when you can but if they are still making mistakes, you need to shake up the team as it will give the customer a bad experience.
Overall great food, great atmosphere and brilliant food, well done team.
Had some wrapchos , tastiest nachos I have eaten in a long while. Spicy and fresh, super fast service and really nice staff.
