Visited for lunch and was very impressed. Lovely old building, plenty of character.
Had fish and chips and it was delicious and a very generous portion.
A special mention to the staff , everyone we encountered was excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Only minus point was a lack of drink options as lots were out of stock , but I’d still definitely recommend a visit.
We would like to say a massive thank you! We held our wedding at the Orwell hotel, The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our day was amazing! We stayed in the Deben suite which was clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, even breakfast in bed! The food was amazing, all our wedding guests were very impressed with all of the food. Thank you again and we will be back for Sunday lunch and any future events we may have.
We host a monthly business event there. Staff are always lovely and happy to help. The food served is good quality as well.
Lots of parking. Would definitely recommend to host an event or stay.
