Friendly staff, proper home made cakes - the chocolate banana cake was especially good, and the carrot cake wasn't at all bad either.

Very good vegan latte and slice of cake. Reasonable prices, sustainable alternatives in use and nice seating area.

Cornish Lassy

A nice small cafe ran by the Church of England. Cosy environment and the soup I had there once was nice. Also, this is a good hub for community events. It used to be a little bit nicer once upon a time, when all the furniture was mix and match, and there was more art on the walls, but now it is uniform and white. Each to their own. Would get 5 stars if the old furnature and art came back, and if there wasn't so much religion displayed.
