McDonald's in Failsworth is one of the top fast food restaurants in the area, with excellent customer care, quick service, and order accuracy. There's no doubt that the team deserves some recognition.
Never been into McDonalds as a thing. The food's always painted to look nice on TV adverts as we all know. It's also always been rubbery burgers, cheap buns and soggy fries.
However,,,, this is the first time I've been in for years - other than for Coffee. We went in on a whim. Just a snap decision as we were passing. We ordered two meals with Coffee and I have to say, the food looked and tasted as good as the adverts portray it. What's more, it was a decent portion - a healthy portion, not your old two bites, a burp and that's your lot.The atmosphere was relaxed and there was no rush about the day. The service was very polite and professional for a fast food chain. Never thought I'd give a McDonald's five stars but on this occasion, I couldn't fault them in any way. I will go again, without a doubt.
