The train was delayed for an hour and the gentleman that was working there was just exceptional. He was on his own and the seamless and friendly way he served everyone and did his best to ensure everyone was looked after properly was impressive. Food was running low but he was apologetic and courteous with all customers. 10/10 for customer service. The sausage roll was delicious.
