It's conveniently located on the main street of the town center... friendly service staff. Some Outdoor seatings available and it's a lovely 18th century historic building...Good was freshly prepared and well cooked, and its very popular place with the locals

Food and service always good. All staff very friendly and helpful, especially Tara who served us today. Excellent value for money. Can certainly recommend this pub.

Arrived and a kind man put the ramp at the entrance so that two in my group could take their mobility scooter/wheelchair into the pub. It was very crowded but managed to find a table at the back, although the aisles were quite narrow with tables close together. The staff were very friendly and the food was hot and enjoyable. The prices were good.
