Went with school. Flight training, trip round the airfield, meeting industry experts, flight simulator and flight in a Cessna or Piper. Amazing day

Went to the aerodrome café for a lunch with a view and it was indeed a very entertaining, albeit loud, experience! There weren't any more free tables out, but we were allowed to sit on our picnic blanket and the staff was lovely enough to bring the food we ordered to our blanket:) Quite tasty food and plenty of options. Kid friendly cafe, but no baby changing facilities (which I don't really consider a downside, just thought it useful to have in mind when out with the whole family).
