Our party enjoyed meals on two separate occasions when we were staying in Burghead. We had reserved tables in advance, highly recommend you do this. The food was outstanding. Lots of delicious fresh fish dishes and other meals. The service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

Book to avoid disappointment, we were lucky they were able to squeeze us in. The food is amazing a great mixture of staples and specials. I had one of today's special recommended by our waitress, line caught mackerel and my husband had the bothy burger. Very tasty. We'll go again, and again!

Can't really comment on the atmosphere as we where the very first customers of the day having been let in slightly early. We had only planned grabbing a couple of coffees to go but once we had seen the quality of the bakes and cakes and the description of food on the menus we decided to forget about the granola and order some breakfast. We opted for the full Scottish, and the Eggs Holliandaise to accompany our 2 cappuccinos. Everything on the plates was delicious. The best breakfast I have had in a long time. The staff where great, very friendly. Definitely a place I would recommend to friends and family.
