One of the best Greggs in Edinburgh. Usually busy but the staff is so efficient and fast. They are really helpful and kind. Good job guys!

it is not the manager's fault or staff fault that their short-staffed this is down to Greggs head office the manager does everything he possibly can to make sure there is enough staffing for everything to be done he has an outstanding manager and you could not ask for a better Store restaurant manager. I stand in the queue every single day of the week unfortunately I don't stand there and complain about it I just get on with it.. all the staff including the manager is the nicest people that I have ever met they are friendly inviting and also very good at their jobs they will make sure that all customers leave with a satisfactory outcome
