A lovely friendly spot with cracking cocktails. We never knew this place existed. You can enter via George Street going in via the Assembly Rooms entrance or via Rose Street via Stack & Still restaurant. Theme is coffee based cocktails (hence the Insomnia name) but they also do non coffee based cocktails. Lovely setting with chandeliers. Friendly service.

10/10 for variety of cocktails and service. The wait staff kept a smile on their faces even as they witnessed my friends and I descend into a group of chaotic drunk energy, and super props to Ben who took it like a champ when I kept calling him by the wrong name. Will be back soon, won't be as drunk, promise!!!

Excellent cocktails! So many interesting twists on an espresso martini! Fun decor, great for cocktails with the girls or a date night.
