Good fish and chip shop, something that has been lacking around the area. Not your typical greasy chips though, they do fluffy, chunky triple cooked chips which are somewhere in between pub chips and Belgian fries. Whether that's good or bad depends on what you're craving I suppose.
Prices are reasonable for Edinburgh and the rest of the food is tasty. If you get the meatballs, get a sauce because they can be a bit dry.
High quality fish supper at an affordable price. The fish was very fresh and tasty and the chips were as they should be, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I look forward to sampling other dishes. Clean eaterie with friendly staff. Well worth supporting!
Lovely fish supper served with 2 onion rings (sitting in) fresh and tasty. Chips crispy on outside fluffy on inside.
Very clean modern cafe. Reasonably priced will be back.
