Ordered lamb shawarma wrap online ,the food come piping hot.I must say the combination of cheese and meat is wonderful and the portion size is big. But the fries is just OK and have rooms of improvement.

On a trip around Edinburgh, we happened to visit this bistro, where we were very surprised by the nice staff (probably the owner) and very tasty food in a large portion at a very reasonable price. If we return to Edinburgh, we will definitely return to CHE.

Good hearty food that fills.
We got the lambshawarma and left feeling satisfied.
Food:
Good portion of meat and fresh veg. Would have been better if the owner filled the wrap more. Lamb was well done, not too oily. Fries were slightly cold, but from a place like that, it's expected.

More of a takeaway place, nothing special. Just hearty, wholesome food.

Yes. The food fills the soul after a long cold day.
