I rented a beautiful flat with A Flat in Town from 2017-2018 and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Having had a bad experience with another Edinburgh-based letting agency, I was impressed by the staff's commitment to us as tenants and the flat itself. Initially, Lucy was our property manager and she was brilliant - very friendly and helpful. During the year, Nicola became our property manager and she was equally as friendly and accommodating - both lovely people! If there were any issues (only once or twice) with the property, they were quickly resolved with ease. I cannot recommend renting with A Flat in Town enough - they are a genuine company who value their tenants and not to mention the outstanding quality of housing they provide. 10/10, thank you!
Fantastic experience. Myself and my flatmate were in desperate need of a short-term let and found Lance to be quick to respond, very helpful, and overall solved our situation with apparent ease, but importantly he maintained communication along the way and never left us hanging like some other letting agencies.
The flat itself was clean, modern, great central location, and overall met all our expectations. Would highly recommend Lance and A Flat In Town.
A Flat in Town is an amazing letting agency. I've rented a flat with them for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. Everyone is very friendly. When I had electrical problems it was dealt with immediately. Communication is always good and easy... I really recommend them!
