So, I've been trying a bunch of different cafes in Edinburgh the last two months, and I have to say that this was my favorite cafe, hands down. Batch brew is on point. But the food?!?! Come on. Delicious. I had a bit of time to do some work in the front of the cafe. Atmosphere is also beautiful!

The cafe is bright and airy with great knowledgeable staff. I had a cinnamon bun and oat latte which was prepared very quickly.

Minimalist meets Industrialism. The aesthetic is simultaneously calming and breathtaking. The food was delicious and the staff goes to arms length to serve the customer. Lastly they have a great taste. It fits perfectly with the ambient of the café.
