Absolutely hands down the best fish and chips in Edinburgh. I have been a number of times now even though it is not quite my local chippy, it blows other chippies out the water so i don't mind walking a bit further for better quality. The fish always tastes really fresh, the batter is the best i have tasted, very light and crispy and the fish portions are always large. The chips are great as well. Perfect!

Lovely fish and chips in a big portion. If you phone ahead they'll make sure they've cooked everything fresh for you. We've been here numerous times and it's always good. There are normally parking spaces outside as well which makes it easy to collect. The owner and staff are very friendly, even offering for me to pay the next day when my card wouldn't work in their machine. As a side note, my wife actually went into labour shortly after eating from here so recommended for any soon to be mums! :)

Just finished having yet another amazing dinner from this place. Lovely large portions, freshly cooked and still piping hot even after a 10 minute drive home. The owners are so friendly and always make time for a chat, which is very welcoming (especially after a crappy day at work) and one of the main reasons I keep going back! You’d be mad to choose anywhere else over this place! 👍🏼
