Delicious food, excellent wine menu and helpful staff. Will be back
Our group of friends all enjoyed our lunch here - 2 courses for £21, with plenty of choice. This was about our usual budget, but the wine was not, being somewhat on the expensive side. We prefer not to have music playing, but this was at an acceptable volume, so we could still have a conversation. It was quite quiet on the day we were there, but I imagine when busy it would be very noisy, as yet again there were no soft furnishings to absorb noise. Why do restaurants think this is acceptable? I would definitely recommend Whiskers for the food and the service.
Amazing food. Been here 3 times loved it so much. For Lunch: Chicken Liver (sounds gross but is amazing) and the sugar roasted pork is best. Also, the Coley (fish) is amazing! Highly recommend.
For dinner: The lamb shoulder is probably the best. The cod is amazing too. Highly recommend getting two entrees and splitting with your partner.
