When entering the restaurant we were immediately made to feel welcome, our servers were very helpful and patient with us. Food arrived quickly and was to an outstanding standard. Our servers were very talkative and listened to any requests we had. The price was very reasonable for the standard of food. Will definitely visit again
Have walked past this place on many occasions and today a bunch of friends had arranged to eat here. Staff were fabulous. Couldn't fault the service. We had originally booked for 8 and 14 turned up but they accommodated us all. I ordered the roll with bacon and soft fried egg. Came perfectly cooked. Crispy bacon in a nice soft bap with a soft fried egg. Judging from what the other people ordered. I'd definitely return to try their full breakfast and freshly prepared smoothies.
After attempting to go for dinner at Earthy only to find it was fully booked we decided to give Di Giorgio a try. I walk past every day on my way to work and it's always looked good.
We certainly weren't disappointed. The staff are amazingly attentive and friendly, the food is delicious and all made fresh on site and the decor is beautiful. Lovely exposed brick work with photography of local sights hanging on the walls. My partner had the special; which this evening was poussin and I've never seen a moister poussin. I had the DG pasta which was just scrummy. Full of delicious chunks (yes, proper huge identifiable chunks) of mushroom, pancetta etc in a lovely creamy tomato sauce. The pasta was wonderfully al dente. All the offered desserts look delicious, the pistachio ice cream was particularly good.
To top off a fantastic meal you also get a little shot of limoncello as you leave; which I find a nice touch.
As for price it's definitely good value for money. A starter, two mains, a dessert, two drinks and a coffee came to £37.50 and the quality was fantastic.
