Toby Carvery

We walked in Sunday dinner time, peak hours without a booking and got a table for two with no problems at all. Freya was on it, we sat down and we were quickly giving our drinks orders and told where the carvery decks were and how it worked, she came back to check if everything was ok during our meal (which it was). Wonderful service, thank you. The table for two is up against a wall...I just needed to move it a little away from the wall for personal space and arm movement. Nothing wrong with the food really, its a carvery so you know you're getting a decent sunday dinner, I don't particularly like the way Tobys do Yorkshire puddings. However that's personal preference and they're one of the biggest attractions for a lot of people so I know I'm the odd one out here. All in all a great experience, would highly recommend.

Went for Sunday lunch on 14th April the food was lovely and our server Angela went above and beyond to make sure everything was OK (even my 12 year old son commented on how nice and helpful she was 😀) the only issue we had was people queuing for the carvery at side of our table, felt like everyone was watching us eat but it did go down pretty quickly. Will definitely be visiting again.

Fantastic mothers day meal! Gina was fantastic! When we first arrived the woman who seated us moved us to sit more accessible for my mum (reduced mobility). Gina was quick to then introduce herself and was very friendly. The food was fantastic. My mum is a fussy eater and she had no complaints! Stuff went beyond excellent! The chief made sure my mums turkey meat had no vain and made sure she was satisfied. We got our Mac and Cheese separately and our gravy and all servers was so friendly. Gina was fantastic and funny. Only downstairs was no ice cream but that's no ones fault for a broken mechanism. Gina was very knowledgeable for alternatives and we ordered cakes instead and was delicious 😋. My mum then suffered Non-epileptic seizure and we needed to hurry to get her out. Gina again was beyond helpful and got us checked out quickly with 0 hassle. I'm only sad I was not quick enough to add a tip for her before the transaction was completed because she deserved it ! She's a keeper and hope to have her again when I visit in the future! Thank you!

The staff here were lovely and accommodating especially Kirsty. We booked a table for 3 and requested for anything special they could do for a birthday within 15 minutes before us arriving. We arrived and we had a banner on the table and balloons also, this was lovely. The staff were so nice and kept checking in. Could not leave anything but a positive review. Thank you to you all
