Beautiful little pub. We had a meal on a Saturday lunchtime and ordered from one of two menus. Good variety of food available and the home made burgers we had were delicious. Good value and good service, we will be going there again.
Stayed here doing the C2C, secure storage, What a fantastic place! great friendly staff, very welcoming, a great atmosphere, the room was excellent, and very comfortable, the food was brilliant and first class, just what you need when been riding for 2 days.

Called for lunch before visiting at stanhope hospital. Very freindly welcome from walking in the door . Had a nice chat with i presume the owner and staff service with a smile throughout. Food was great cooked fresh to order with good portion,s will call again when in area
