Went to Eastbourne Station ticket office today with my daughter as she wanted to buy a return ticket to Newcastle (coming back a different day). We spoke to Karl. He was wonderful, and very helpful. He was friendly and efficient and answered all our questions with patience. YAAAAY! GO KARL! Ticked all the stars 🌟

The station needs a toilet badly. It's not good customer service not having a toilet there. I myself have several medial conditions and need access to a toilet. A big let down. On a positive though its great to see good customer service at the station. Food at the station is expensive but subway do make a good offering. I will give the station 3 stars 🌟🌟🌟

Excellent. I asked the attendant which train I needed and he said "that one, run!", swiped me through and I just made the train as the whistle blew. So awesome. Thank you so much.
