I made an order two days before I needed it, I changed my mind and changed the cake the day before my mums birthday and the ladies who worked there, Marta in particular, were so wonderful in adjusting my order and even called me to confirm. The customer service itself was great and they were very friendly. The first cake I ordered cake with a message but there was no space on this one so they did it on a separate peice of chocolate but before putting it on the top Marta asked me if it's OK to put on top and I very much appreciate this as it would have ruined the cake by hiding the topping. It was great service that she asked instead of doing it anyway. The cake itself tasted amazing and looked gorgeous. I went for their naked cake and at first was a bit hesitant that it may look too naked/ incomplete. However my mum doesn't like much cream so I went for it anyway and I was not disappointed at all. Definitely the right choice. I will upload photos as when I was trying to find pictures of it online there wasn't many customer images anywhere. Mum loved it too, I can tell how much she loved it from the fact she actually finished her slice and usually she gets stuck halfway through if they are too heavy. In fact all the guests loved it. Thanks to Marta and the other ladies (or men) who helped with the order and cake. The only thing I thought made my process harder, is I wish there were more photos online of the cakes, and that the second photo would be the exact cake instead of the same generic slice used for all of it. It would have really helped to decide if I could see a few different pics of the same cake, maybe if there is an option for customers to upload their photos there will be realistic photos of the cakes online. But I appreciate that this isn't something this particular store can do anything about as this regarding their online team. Either way though it wasn't my first or won't be my last ordering with CakeBox as they've always surpassed all expectations.

Ordered cake multiple times, never been disappointed until recently the shop has a funky smell I literally have to hold my breath inside the shop also it’s always out of stock. One thing this has taught me is to call up stores to see the the product is in stock before making a journey.
