Amazing classic style chip shop cafe, service is top notch and the food isn't greasy.
We sat in, served quickly and I got my sons pal an old fashioned nickerbocker glory ice cream desert. It was massive!
Well worth the visit, I'll be back.
We were In Dumfries last night and said to the people we were with that we were going for a chippy. They recommended you. It didn’t disappoint. All freshly prepared while you waited. We actually sat in. What a busy place, everyone seemed to be ordering fish too. Chips are excellent and the fish was just fantastic, that batter. There’s a huge selection of ice creams too. Too full this time but definitely going to have next time I’m there.
£7.40 for a fish supper, cute wee sit in proper Italian chip shop that does many flavours of ice cream, and banana fritters.
Fish - excellent, chips - good, 9/10, would recommend
