I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Mahmood at this GP, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. The new management has truly transformed this place for the better.
The staff here are exceptionally nice and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued patient. Their warmth and professionalism immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Mahmood is an exceptional physician. He's not only knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and understanding. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, and his attentiveness to detail is commendable. I felt like he genuinely cared about my well-being, which is so reassuring.
Overall, I can't speak highly enough about this GP. The positive changes brought about by the new management. I'm grateful to have found such a supportive and caring healthcare team.

Previous surgery terrible at getting appointments...been waiting three weeks for a dr to see me receptionists constantly telling me to call 111 or go to walk in centre. Absolute arrogant staff. Joined this new surgery and wasn't expecting anything more to be honest...joined because it was close by home...in fact I was surprised got to book a dr within 2 days of joining...dr mahmood thankyou excellent young dr very caring and understanding and had so much time for me

So grateful for lady doctor took a lot of time speaking to my brother and helping him out so much. Thankyou and to lovely reception girl who gave me a ring to check up on him a week later.

Needed an urgent appointment was nothing on the day but thankyou to dr mahmood who kindly took out his time to see me. I would say the practice is definitely alot more organised since the new doctors have taken over.

Moved over from my usual surgery which was terrible which I think is an understatement. Wasn't hoping for the best here and gave them benefit of the doubt as new management apparently has taken over and I was actually pleasantly surprised . Young doctor is excellent ...hope this service continues

Managed to get appointment on same day,staff was very helpful especially young girl at reception :). New Telephone lines make it much easier.
