First return visit since Covid to our favourite restaurant for final Indian meal before we return to France. Still tip-top in all respects. Couple of pints of Abbot in Wetherspoons followed by curry in Calcutta Port is a great way to round off a week in the UK.... Highly recommended.... 😊👍

I went with my husband and friends on 17th October 2023. I am following swaminarayan religion. I don’t eat onion and garlic. I talked to chef. He cooked for me veg biryani. It was really delicious. He met us personally about we like food or not. We loved it. Thank you so much.

It’s a Indian Cuisine restaurant in Dover. Pretty decoration with very polite stuff welcomes everyone to taste Indian cuisine. But I was over excited because of its name(as I belongs from that place😃) and expected to have some own local cuisine food(Bengali). But due to time constraints I packed it & enjoyed after coming home😍. Dishes remind me exactly about my homemade foods. Really loved the place and highly recommended to visit.

Went there on a weds and they had an amazing set meal going, which I beleieve they do on a Sunday as well. Starter/main and rice or naan for 14.95. Then if you get any extra sides it's 2 pounds a side. The food did not disappoint. Everything was made fresh and came hot. The flavours and spices were so good all seasoned and cooked tenderly. The team of waiters who brought our food checked in with us, were patient whilst we decided what we wanted and friendly and chatty. We were so full and we had left over that they helped us pack!!! I would definitely return when I come back this way. A lovely authentic Indian restaurant, with lovely food and people.

Had a delicious meal at Calcutta Port, the staff were really nice and the food was fresh out of the pot hot! Just now I love it 😋 will definitely go again! Also the prices were really affordable- we ordered the mixed starter, two drinks, chicken jalfrezi & tikka masala with white rice & garlic/plain naan

Amazing food did not disappoint. Have a bunch of vegan options for those who might not want to eat meat or seafood. Lovely service the workers were very kind. Overall the experience was lovely thank you for having us will deffo come back soon

Lovely dining experience and fantastic service, despite it being a very busy evening. Called up beforehand with queries about the food and were served by the same friendly staff, who gave recommendations and answered all of our questions. Special thanks to Anik, who made us feel completely at home. The biryani and butter naan were delicious.
