Excellent reception from the staff for a no notice Sunday lunch request, very accommodating for our Labrador a well. Very nice roast dinners (Lamb and the chicken.) Attractive pub and friendly atmosphere.

A really enjoyable stay. Situated in a very pretty English village. The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated and the room appointed with everything you would expect and more besides. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food at dinner was exceptional and breakfast delicious. I Would highly recommend. You really are doing a great job.

I had lamb shank with mash and green beans and it was the best meal I've had out for quite some time. I also had a vegetable bowl and these were cooked to perfection and not the usual run of the mill vegetables some places serve. I also had a hibiscus gin which I have never tried before so all in all a great dining experience!
