Great dog friendly cafe, only had coffee and chips. So couldn't score really for food. Staff all seemed happy and the ONLY cafe in Thorne that takes dogs that we could find. Great view, great family place. But not so noisy it would get to you, so someone must have thought about sound proofing. Appeared extremely well run place. As a cafe for coffee I would give it 10/10 as the coffee actually arrived hot.

Went for a walk round the ponds and a bite to eat. The cafe is very nice with a good atmosphere and really nice staff. The milkshakes are top notch and the coffee is also very good. The early breakfast was well cooked but the roast lamb was not so good. This is a constructive criticism and not a complaint, the lamb was more like mutton and the veg had no flavour at all, the roast spuds, gravy and Yorkshire puds were very nice. We will come back again. Thanks
