Steady but quiet when I arrived. Quick, friendly service and nothing was a bother. Well done team. Have stopped here a few times in the past and it is very reliable. Bit expensive however. Only had a drink, bit too skint to spend a fiver on a ham sandwich!

Julia was the lady who served me today. She was really lovely! She helped me choose what drink to have and was really nice doing so. Lovely atmosphere, clean environment and happy staff x

Excellent staff very effective and efficient. Most friendly and helpful. Very busy some times yet they never flustered. Value for money and comfortable whole waiting for trains worth getting to station to sit in while waiting. Better than 1st Class Lounge. Ompany should develop another on Platform 3 with same team. Alan, Joanna, Courtney today plus Julie in the past. They deserve a bonus and be permitted to have a tip box to share proceeds. Heavily used so Company should redecorate/refurbish move often.
