After ordering 2 x meals Kim offered to get my meal when it was ready. Very kind
Whilst I sat eating I observed The manager resolving customer requests. All I witnessed was relaxed and happy. Even with a full shop-very impressed 10/10 ⭐️
Always a great experience visiting Mcdonalds at Doncaster Lakeside. Being my Local Mcdonalds, I visit regularly and they are always helpful and on the ball with what you need to know. Of course, I've had some odd experiences here with staff but overall, a good experience.
The food is always cooked and warm throughout and they always have everything on the menu, on offer. They were also very helpful during Covid too which again, is massively ideal.
10/10, would visit again.
This Maccys is definitely one of the best ones. The service is always great, the staff are brill and I don't have to wait long at all.
I always tend to use the drive thru and never have any issues

The lady who was cleaning the area (short blond hair) was legit on it like a car bonnet, never stopped and even helped bring over the ketchup I left behind to my table) she was so friendly towards other customers, complementing them and being very kind (she is a credit to restoring my faith)
All of the other staff seem to be very efficient, calm and efficient
I didn't note his name, but the c.65+ years old fella that took my order & payment made me smile ........ his happy disposition & service with wit & humour stood out as it's so rare nowadays ..... if McD recognition is possible, then give some to him. If only every McD's had employees as pleasant to deal with as him .....whatever your name is - thanks , you made my day
Very small serving area but it was fast and efficient and more importantly the seating area is quite large.

My recent visit to the McDonald's in Doncaster left me with an impression of standard fare and a bit of creativity on my part. In search of a quick pick-me-up, I decided to experiment by crafting my own makeshift frappe.
Let's start with the McDonald's experience itself. The Doncaster location was just as you would expect: clean, well-lit, and efficient. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which is essential for a fast-food joint.
As for the menu, it was the usual array of familiar items, and I couldn't help but feel that there was nothing particularly unique or special about it. I opted for something a bit off the beaten path by ordering an espresso and a vanilla milkshake with the intention of creating my own frappe.
The espresso, surprisingly, had a decent kick of caffeine, and the milkshake was creamy and had a nice vanilla flavor. Mixing them together, I was able to concoct a makeshift frappe that was surprisingly satisfying. It's not something you'll find on the regular menu, but if you're willing to get a bit creative, you can enjoy a personalized treat.
Overall, my visit to this McDonald's in Doncaster was an unremarkable one in terms of the standard menu offerings. However, the ability to customize your own drinks and the convenience of the location make it a suitable stop for a quick bite or a caffeine fix when you're in the area. A modern McDonalds with futuristic ordering screens. I wanted something healthy but KFC was full and nothing else was within walking distance. Decided to try the wrap and had a salad shaker on the side.
I was really impressed with the salad and found it pleasant to eat. Usually I would have had fries but wanted to at least attempt to be healthy before resuming my lifelong goals of being morbidly obese.
I also had the spicy/hot wrap and found it to be nice but once the heat kicked in I found myself overpowered and looking for the nearest source of clean water to attempt to control the incredible heat. I would recommend it but maybe the none volcanic version.
Overall good meal though.
Open 24hrs, always get a seat, food on time and hot. What else do you need from your McD's

McDonald's was an easy choice to make for a light lunch. Barely 3 minutes walk from the hotel carpark.
Quite busy on our arrival, ordered food by McDonald's app.
