Very historic and traditional pub, which has its own rifle alley. The Lamb champions local music and regularly has music on a Friday/Saturday night and it is a great intimate venue. Traditional ale, doesn't serve food but you are in the middle of Devizes if you need a bite to eat. It attracts an eclectic mix of people and I have been made welcome even though I'm not a local.

Fantastic pub. Not many left like this now. Open fire, unspoilt fittings. A hidden gem.
