Absolutely fantastic time on Saturday at afternoon tea. Can't rate it highly enough! The food was amazing, incredibly tasty and beautifully presented. Endless amounts of tea and cakes, set off with the beautiful room, lovely fire and background piano player. Even after 2 hrs of eating and drinking, we left with boxes full of yummy treats for later. The staff were fantastic and very attentive with Finian making sure everything was perfect for us. We've never had service like it before when having afternoon tea. The perfect treat for anyone. Couldn't recommend it anymore! Will defiantly be back.
I couldn't praise the Everglades enough for the afternoon tea we had on Saturday to celebrate my sister's upcoming wedding. There were 10 of us and we all loved it. Not only was it relaxing, we weren't rushed and were there for over two hours but Fionn kept us topped up with beverages without even having to be asked. There was so much food leftover we were able to each take some home in some special afternoon tea boxes to enjoy later. The selection of food was outstanding and really tasty, suitable for those with a sweet and savoury tooth. I would definitely recommend, it's a special treat! I will be back soon.

Premier League footballers, International footballers & managers, tv stars and music legends...all in a days work for the Everglades!
As a director of the Ryan McBride Foundation we have worked with Neil Devlin and his team over the past 2 years. In that time we have held 2 large gala balls hosting around 600 people in total and have entrusted Neil with guests that we have brought to the city such as ex-French manager Raymond Domenech - every time the Everglades have pulled out all the stops for us and our guests.
At our Gala Balls we have had a number of high profile ex-international footballers, a current Premiership footballer, stars of Derry Girls and the legendary Phil Coulter and all have complimented the food, the hotel and the customer service.
Neil and his team have gone above and beyond in helping us plan our events and to ensure they have been a massive success - the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff is second to none. The food is flawless and consistent even on the night that we had almost 400 covers.
I would highly recommend the Everglades whether it is for breakfast, a romantic meal or a large event. Thankyou Neil, Catrina, JP and all the team from the McBride family and all at the Ryan McBride Foundation.
