We have just had the best ever experience on the Polar Express! We were on Cupid carriage and the conductor and chefs were truly amazing!!! We loved every single minute. It will certainly be a memory that will last forever! Thank you for making it such a fantastic experience! Well worth the money! Would highly recommend (especially the Cupid Carriage! 😉) Well done to everyone involved.

Fantastic, would recommend it, there was plenty of tea/coffee, scones, jam, etc. Never been on a steam train before and I found it very relaxing and the staff were lovely, I thoroughly enjoyed my day
