Very good coffee and friendly and helpful staff, occasionally coffee is a tad bitter but that's probably just my taste!

Good coffee and friendly service from staff. Though interior is looking it bit tired and worn now and needs an upgrade!

I don't normally do chain store coffee.... But it wasn't awful. My latte was actually distinguishable from my wife's cappuccino, almost a first in a Neros. The cake was fresh moist and didn't have the texture of something that should have been binned 3 days ago. Maybe I just got lucky on fresh cake day, but I felt the place lacked the sense of apathy that's normal with this sort of establishment.
