Being a coeliac it very hard for me to eat any where , this was my first time to the ugly duckling and there where amazing !! So understanding on the disease. They automatically washed all equipment !! I had a nice huge jug of gluten free Garvey made just for me and they talked me though what was in everything !! They even offered me an amazing gluten free desert and the ice cream that I can have as well !! I would highly recommend this friendly welcoming restaurant to any one and I will be coming back. Thank you so much for a welcoming experience ��

Very friendly & welcoming staff. We wanted a table for 8 & they squeezed us in dispite being extremely busy. Food was excellent best carvery I've had for a long time. Will definitely go back & certainly recommend anyone going to Dawlish then go ��

Glad we booked a table as the Ducking was busy on Sunday afternoon! Great food and atmosphere. Would highly recommend the quality of the carvery and the welcome from the Head Chef. Thanks for the spontaneous happy birthday chorus for my parents too. We'll be back.
