Called in, one adult one child for an evening meal mid-week. Was quite busy, we were asked if we had pre booked a table, and I answered no, the waitress managed to find us a table for two.
Food was delivered and prepared quite quickly, so overall, it was a very efficient and speedy service. Menu prices were reasonable, too. However, the food wasn't overly great, in my opinion.
They have a lovely outdoor front area, which is covered. (Didn't see out of the back). The car park was quite small and tight.
Toilets weren't the cleanest, which kind of let the establishment down.
Went for the Christmas menu with colleagues for our yearly outing and it was incredible. £20 for 3 courses. Very filling! So good I recommended it to my parents and they're now booked in to go! Staff very timely and friendly and heating was on full blast. Wonderful atmosphere, especially around Christmas.
Had a beef roast, a Guinness and a sticky toffee dessert. All absolutely delicious, staff were lovely and will definitely be back if I'm ever in England again.
