Ordered a birthday cake for my daughters 21st, ordered Vitoria sponge, unfortunately it was chocolate . Paid £24.99 , phoned up and they said the manager would get back to me. They didn’t. Cake was nice , but wasn’t what we ordered or paid for so disappointed there.
Ordered a chocolate flake cake victoria base for my partners birthday and as always cake box never let me down it was lovely the base was light and fluffy and not dry at all like other cakes you can by from supermarkets pricey yes but like they say you get what you pay for and cake box cakes are the best and will continue to buy my cakes from them the service was great and kept me informed on when my cake was ready to collect the shop itself is very clean and the staff very helpful.

Good shop. Those who give here bad reviews they stupid. They don’t know how difficult to run a business. They just spend 29£ and think bought 200000£ worth shop. They are just street beggars. Thy are whole life working for others people and put just review . I bought cake 🎂 today it is good
